I help people with two types of goals:

1. Personal Growth. You feel pretty good, or even great, yet sense something is missing. Or you're navigating a new level of success and could use thoughtful, creative support.
2. Challenges and transitions. You may be dealing with past or recent trauma; anxiety; PTSD; depression; feelings of emptiness or low self-esteem; relationship difficulties; artistic impasse; chronic or terminal illness; existential anxiety; or other concerns.

Psychotherapy

Good therapy requires more than talking about problems. It asks us to stay curious about what we feel, what we avoid, and what keeps showing up. We'll explore this together.

Psychoanalysis

The increased session frequency of psychoanalysis creates conditions for deeper exploration of patterns, dreams, and dynamics that aren't as accessible in once weekly work.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, hear one another more fully, and understand the deeper patterns that shape how you relate. We'll attend not just to the surface layer of what brings you in, but to the deeper currents running beneath. I work with couples at all stages: those in acute distress, those seeking to deepen an already solid connection, and those navigating major life transitions together.

Spiritual Psychotherapy

I define spirituality as an intimate sense of connection to and participation with the non-material, transcendent, and sacred aspects of existence, with no requirement of formal religion. Attention to the spiritual dimension of experience is a welcome, though never required, part of our work together.

Psychedelic & Entheogenic Integration

Non-ordinary experiences, whether sought through plant medicines, entheogenic substances, or other means, may introduce opportunities for transformation. They can also be disorienting, incomplete, or difficult to metabolize alone. I offer integration support both before and after these experiences, attending closely to the symbolic and somatic dimensions that are opened. This work is for those who want to bring what they've encountered into meaningful relationship with their everyday lives.

Supervision & Consultation

Licensed and licensed-eligible clinicians seeking supervision or consultation from a self-psychologically informed approach are encouraged to call to discuss supervisory needs.
